Vegan Pecan Pie

Determined to veganise a pie that I used to whip up without thinking twice in my vegetarian days (especially because it's one of my partner's favourite desserts), I figured it wouldn't be too difficult to swap out a few ingredients to create a dairy-free and egg-free version of Pecan Pie which is every bit as delicious as the traditional recipes.
