With the current turbulent state of the world and all the uncertainties, cooking comforting, soul-warming food seems to be a way of finding some small respite right now. I’m finding myself turning to dishes like spiced chickpea curries, lentil dhal, roasted veggies, pasta bakes and asian noodle soups. Here are a few vegan recipes I’ve been loving for wholesome, comforting, plant-based dishes.
