Neko Neko

A 100% vegan pizza restaurant, located on bustling Smith Street.

Tahina Bar

This Isreali restaurant is a go-to for a fast, healthy and delicious meal. Their falafel are some of our favourite in Melbourne, and we also love their vegan Shakshuka (topped with crispy eggplant).

Located right by the beach, this very ‘gramable’ cafe offers playful foods like vegan poached 'eggs', matcha pancakes and blue algae lattes.

Monk Bodhi Dharma

Balaclava

A plant-based cafe, with delicous food. (Especially good vegan croissants and bakery items.)

Avondale Heights

This plant-based cafe offers an impressive nine types of dairy-free milks, including house-made almond, cashew, brazil, hazelnut + macadamia.

Serotonin Dealer

Burnley

Centred around promoting a healthy state of mind, body & soul, this vegetarian cafe aims to dish up an extra dash of serotonin with your Sunday brunch. (Side note - we love their food, but think it’s a little on the pricey side.)

V Series

Kew

Head to this unassuming but delicious cafe for everything from standard brunch fare (hello Tofu Benedict) to bento boxes and Japanese curries. Vegan and vegetarian options.

Run by the team behind Vegie Bar + Transformer, Girls & Boys hands down wins our vote for Melbourne’s best vegan ice-cream. Everything in this dessert bar is entirely plant-based, and as well as gelato and soft-serve they have smoothies, cakes, croissants + other desserts.

Casa Del Gelato

An iconic gelato bar that’s been run by the same family for nearly 40 years. They have a substantial amount of dairy-free options, including traditional sorbets and more inventive creamy soy-based flavours.

Plant-based, artisan-made, organic & refined sugar-free frozen desserts - all made from scratch. Head here for Melbourne’s best vegan froyo, complete with toppings like house-made raw carrot cake and caramelised bananas.
