You know those delightful accidental combinations you often come across because there are some leftovers hanging out in the fridge? Well, this incredibly yummy layered parfait was one of those happy occurrences, where there just happened to be some delicious leftovers of Apple, Quince & Pear Crumble from the dinner party we hosted the night before. We decided to get creative and layered it up with creamy coconut yoghurt, crunchy toasted hazelnut granola, and a drizzle of vibrant organic raspberry coulis, resulting in a truly indulgent treat.
