Sesame Tahini Oat Cracker Biscuits

These sesame tahini oat crackers are super simple to make, and are a useful healthy snack to have on hand at all times. They're deliciously crunchy, and pair fantastically with hummus, nut butters and plant-based cheeses.

I made these cracker biscuits the other day, as a spin on my usual oat cake recipe. With their double dose of sesame seeds, they're packed with protein and essential minerals like calcium, iron, zinc and magnesium. Did you know that sesame seeds contain 3 times as much calcium as dairy milk? Yep, you don't need dairy to have strong healthy bones !
