5 new vegan crepe recipes to try

We haven't quite mastered the PERFECT vegan crepe yet -
although to be fair that may be because we do not cook with non-stick pans of any sort - preferring cast iron, stainless steel and enamel pots and pans.
And every time we cook a batch of crepes which stick,
we go back to the drawing board to experiment
with different ingredients, and different amounts.
We're getting pretty close to perfection though,
(it involves ground brown rice flour)
and as soon as we do hit the magic formula,
we'll be posting about it because we take our crepes
pretty seriously around here!
But meanwhile, and especially because Shrove Tuesday is this week,
here's a roundup of some new recipes we're keen to try.
(Ironically, Shrove Tuesday was originally a way to use up the last of the
eggs and milk before Lent, but as we are vegan, it's a long time since
we used up the last of the eggs & milk!)
