5 delicious vegan recipes from around the web #5

This week we are loving all the colourful early season fruits and veggies which are appearing in the markets - asparagus, raspberries, mango and broad beans. It's an exciting time as the weather warms up, and our own garden has suddenly burst into life with lots of scented roses and herbs.

We are sprinkling rose petals and fresh chopped mint onto salads, fruit platters and porridge. Yum!

Virginia has been vegan for more than 2 years, after attending a talk by Phillip Wollen (OAM) when all the lightbulbs suddenly went on! Here was a way to live that touched the earth more lightly, didn't involve harm to animals, and opened the door to a much more healthy lifestyle.
