5 Gorgeous Vegan Women's Heels for Work

Choosing cruelty-free footwear doesn't mean you can't rock a killer pair of heels to the office. Here we've rounded up five stunning pairs of vegan shoes that are perfect for work.

1. Nude Patent Pumps: Coquette

Louboutin-style pumps, veganised. These stunning stiletto's are from LA-based Coquette, who are bringing killer cruelty-free shoes to the world of high fashion. Coquette make this style of heel in a whole range of different colours, including an amazing traffic-stopping aqua. This nude colour would be perfect for the office though.

2. Black Slingback Heels: Wills London

We love that Wills have a large range of different vegan shoes and accessories, for all different occasions (including gorgeous mens belts and boots, which we've previously featured).

They've got flats, boots, sandals, belts, bags and wallets, and several different styles of ladies work heels. As with all of Will's products, these black slingback heels are made ethically in Portugal, and are designed in the UK.

3. Wedge Sandals: Sydney Brown

Sydney Brown’s shoes are like nothing else. She takes environmentally-friendly footwear to new bold and creative levels. These heels for example, are handmade in LA with straw and organic cotton uppers, straw covered recycled fibre insoles, sustainably harvested wooden heels, and natural rubber soles. Wow.

Even aside from their eco-credentials, Sydney's shoes are incredibly sculpturally beautiful in their own right. Sydney spent a decade living and working as a designer in Japan, which is where she adopted the Japanese aesthetic for valuing beautiful innovative materials over embellishment.

4. Block Heels: Beyond Skin

Beyond Skin have SO many gorgeous different heels, that it was seriously difficult to pick just one pair. We decided on these block heels though as we think they'd go perfectly with any office outfit, and would also be super comfy!

We have a special fondness for this brand, as they were one of the first vegan shoe companies we came across years ago, when we first became vegetarian.

Beyond Skin began making gorgeous cruelty-free footwear all the way back in 2001 - so kudos to them, as we can't imagine the world was as veg-friendly then as it is nowadays!
This label is based just outside of Brighton, and their shoes are made by hand in Alicante, Spain.

5. Mary Janes: Beira Rio

We can personally vouch that these Mary Janes are incredibly, almost ridiculously comfortable. We happen to share the same shoe size, so we're often passing these heels between each other.

Their elegant and classic design means they look great with any outfit, and they can easily transition from office wear to evening wear. And seriously, there is so much cushioning in them that they are an absolute dream to wear.

Beira Rio is a Brazilian brand, which we buy from Vegan Style in Melbourne (who ship worldwide). (As far as we know, Beira Rio don't sell directly to the public).
